I acknowledge that participating in the 2025 Cinco De Schuyler truck show involves potential risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, injury, or accidents. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or damages incurred during the event. Agreement Terms Liability Waiver: I release and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation. Vehicle Responsibility: I confirm that my truck is insured and in safe operating condition. I accept responsibility for any damage or injury my vehicle may cause. Conduct Agreement: I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations, including safety protocols and designated event zones. NO BURNOUTS ALLOWED AT THE EVENT SITE. Photography & Media Release: I grant permission for my truck and likeness to be photographed or recorded for promotional use. Acknowledgment & Signature I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
